Hello, I'm Lisa ~
As a Fragrance Blending Specialist, I deeply understand the art of scent creation. I craft custom fragrances that evoke emotions and memories, whether a person is looking for a subtle, understated scent or something bold and impactful. I help create a blend that expresses a person's unique style and personality. When a client works with me, it is a personal one-on-one experience. This will allow me to understand the individuals' preferences and needs to create a tailored custom fragrance. The consultation will involve a discussion of personal likes and dislikes in different categories of scents. We'll explore the notes that make up a fragrance and different fragrance families. I focus on creating a fragrance blend that enhances a person's individuality and reflects their unique personality.
I am passionate about wellness and nutrition, and I enjoy sharing this knowledge with my friends, family, colleagues, and anyone who wants to talk about nutrition and wellness. I started this journey years ago, knowing deep down that I wanted more for myself—a healthier way of living. I had terrible, unhealthy habits that I needed to work through on my life's journey and make some serious changes.
In 2017, I took a nutrition wellness course at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. I was an emotional mess and eater. Alcohol, comfort foods, chocolate, cakes, and potato chips—I LOVE potato chips—were my favorite go-to (make-me-happy) foods when my life was spinning out of control. My training allowed me to take control of my bad eating habits and make the necessary changes towards eating healthy, which led to a clearer mind, and then my life started to change slowly.
Here I am several years later. I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Reiki Practitioner. I received my Integrative Nutrition Health and wellness certification in 2018, became board certified with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, and received my Reiki Practitioners Certification in 2022. I am incorporating my passion for health and wellness into Body Sense as Body Sense Living—the same great Body Sense products and Wellness Living.
My mission is to inspire guidance, support, and solutions to those looking to improve their health, wellness, and quality of life. My foundation is building trust and long-lasting relationships with my clients by creating customized, tailored solutions based on their needs and desires. Whether helping someone create an enchanting fragrance blend, navigate a wellness regimen, develop better eating and nutrition habits, work through a difficult situation, reduce stress and inflammation, or lend a listening ear. My ultimate goal is to positively inspire, empower, and impact the lives of those I meet along my journey, creating a Body Sense Living Community where we can help and learn from one another.
I have learned that each day is a New, Rising, Glorious, God-giving day, and I am excited to share my knowledge, experiences, and wisdom with those who want to share and join me in building a Body Sense Living Community.
Body-Sense Living is my way of life, unfolding mystery, wonder, and magnificent opportunities each new rising day. I am dedicated to allowing only what makes perfect common Sense for my Body, my mind, and my heart's Soul. Living in wellness is the ONLY way to live. Don't you agree?
